Occasionally our seasonal customers will sell their units and place their information with us to add to our website. Below are the units for sale at Sleepy Hollow Campground as of September 9, 2024 The owners of the units for sale pay us to advertise their unit on our website and show people through their units for them. You can make an appointment with us to see the units by calling or texting 609-927-1969. See our seasonal rate page for what is included in our seasonal rates. Please note our campground is for recreational camping only. We do not allow anyone to reside at the campground.

Before purchasing a unit at Sleepy Hollow Campground, you will need to meet with the owners of Sleepy Hollow to guarantee the transfer of the campsite contract.

Any units for sale that have an existing deck will be required to place a $500 security fee. Also any unit 15 years or older will be required to place a security fee on the unit. Please check with the campground for the details on these.
